- Athens Metro Line 3 (Blue Line): Runs every 36 minutes from 06:10 to 23:34 directly from the Airport to Syntagma (40 min), Monastiraki (43 min), and straight through to Piraeus Ferry Port (60 min, zero transfers required!). - 24/7 Airport Express Buses (X95, X96, X93, X97): Operate 24 hours a day including overnight when the Metro is closed. X95 runs to Syntagma Square (45–60 min); X96 runs directly to Piraeus Ferry Port along the Athens Riviera (60–80 min). Fare: €5.50 flat.
- Official Yellow Taxi Fixed Airport Tariff: By Greek law, a taxi between Athens Airport (ATH) and the Inner City Ring (Syntagma, Plaka, Koukaki, Monastiraki, Kolonaki) costs a flat €40.00 daytime (05:00–24:00) and €55.00 nighttime (00:00–05:00), all tolls and luggage fees included.
2. Central Athens Ath.ena Tickets, Contactless Tap-and-Go & the €20 Tourist Pass
